Southern Smoked by JP is a mobile food truck offering delicious slow smoked barbecue. We specialize in Texas style brisket smoked for around 12 to 15 hours with hickory Pork butts smoked for 12 hours, St. Louis-style ribs smoked 6 hours, and chicken is smoked for 4 hours. Using hickory or apple wood.

How We Started 

Southern Smoked by JP is a family-owned and operated business that was started in April 2020. JP, the pit-master, has been in the industry for more than 20 years. His love and passion for smoking meat have led to building a company that offers the tastiest barbecue in town today.


JP has perfected his own method of smoking meat using hickory and apple wood combinations. Today, the business calls Mansota Winery and Vineyard home. Offering covered seating, wine tasting, and a beautiful setting.


Aside from the main dishes, we take pride in having delicious selections of sides from generation to generation.
